1. Who we are
VO2 Labs is a performance analytics platform for independent coaches. We are based in Pittsburgh, PA. Questions about this policy can be directed to hello@vo2labs.ai.
2. What we collect
Coach account data: Your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe to the Service. Payment details are processed by a third-party payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
Athlete wearable data: Physiological data connected through your account, including but not limited to heart rate variability, sleep metrics, and recovery scores. This data is stored on our servers and associated with your coach account.
Usage data: Information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and session activity. We use this to improve the Service.
3. How we use your data
We use the data we collect to provide and improve the Service, communicate with you about your account, and generate insights within the platform. We do not sell your data or your athletes' data to any third party. We do not use athlete data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
4. How we share your data
We do not sell or rent your data. We may share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the platform, including cloud infrastructure and payment processing. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. AI and third-party models
Some features of the Service are powered by third-party AI model providers. We take reasonable steps to limit exposure of direct identifiers to these providers. Wearable data may be processed by these systems to generate coaching insights.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, you may request deletion of your data by contacting hello@vo2labs.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If athlete data connected to your account belongs to a minor, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
